1. Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by JM Heritage Travels.
- Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate details (names, dates, locations) during the booking process.
2. Payments
- Currency: Prices are quoted in USD, EUR, or LKR as specified.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash payments to the driver upon arrival or bank transfers for advance payments.
- Changes: Rates are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled booking without prior notice will result in full payment being due.
4. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must comply with local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who behaves in a disorderly, threatening, or abusive manner. Smoking and consumption of alcohol may be prohibited in certain vehicles.
5. Liability
JM Heritage Travels acts as an agent for transport services. While we strive to ensure a safe and reliable service:
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property left in vehicles.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
